Creating things through play are my earliest memories. As a child, my gravel driveway provided a bountiful supply of rocks that I would select, arrange and stack. One of my most vivid memories was playing under the stairs in our basement, there was a single lightbulb to light the space. I would place a piece of paper on the floor, step up onto my step step stool and hold crayons to the light bulb and watch the color drips land on the paper. Creating art was all I ever though to do.
